Association Mukta Community (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Mukta Hatha Yoga website (the “Service”).

• your access to our Teacher Trainings, Retreats, Life Coaching, Volunteer Program, or to any other part of the Website and its services;
• your request for Life Coaching Support;
• for ensuring security, health and good services;
• for educational, informative or promotional purposes of sharing Mukta Community teaching with the public;
• for survey purposes (in order to adjust and develop our activity);
• the prevention of potential threats to our service.

Taking into account the format of the Teacher Training, Retreats and Volunteer Program, we could record, broadcast and share with a wider public your video image and audio/voice.

All personal data disclosed to us shall be treated as confidential by all Mukta Community entities’ volunteers and assistants. We have implemented procedures so that we ensure that your personal data (including possible correspondence with us, calls, recordings of any kind, audio, video, photography, etc) will be treated with utmost respect, taking into account the principle of using your personal data lawfully, fairly and ethically only by specific people for specific purposes where is relevant for their workflow, keeping it secure and at your disposal by request.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
